Program Participation Guidelines

To make the most of your 3-month journey, please read and keep in mind the following:

  • You and your mentor should meet at least once a month, each session lasting about 1 hour.
  • Up to 1 out of 3 sessions can be online; the rest should ideally be offline to foster better connection.
  • If you miss any mentoring session, the program will not count as completed.

👉 Therefore, schedule your meetings early with your mentor.
  • Share what you gained from the session with a short recap post in the community group.
  • Your recap should include:
    • Your reflections on the session
    • Key learnings
    • Actions you plan to take next
  • Include a photo with your mentor from the session (just the two of you).
  • Recap posts must be submitted by midnight on the last day of the month.

(!) If you fail to post or post late more than 2 times, unfortunately, you will no longer be able to continue in the program.
  • Commit to the full 3-month journey, as it only makes sense if you participate fully.
  • Take initiative to schedule meetings with your mentor don’t wait for them to reach out!
  • Before each session, prepare
1–2 topics or “pain points” you
want to discuss to make the session effective.
  • Approach your mentor-mentee relationship with openness, respect, and professionalism.
  • See your mentor as a partner in reflection, not just someone to ask “what should I do,” but someone to help you understand yourself better.
  • If any issues arise (scheduling, content, etc.), contact the Organizing Committee for support.
